Our Firm assists clients in all phases of estate planning and asset preservation planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, medical powers of attorney, and medical directives, also known
as living wills.
With respect to trusts, we advise our clients and prepare, when appropriate, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, including irrevocable life insurance trusts, and charitable trusts. We also assist our clients in designating beneficiaries of their IRAs and other retirement plans.
We are also active in assisting our clients to administer estates of deceased individuals. We routinely help executors file applications to probate wills and comply with the other requirements applicable to decedents' estates.
Ronald Foxman, the lawyer in the Firm who oversees the estate planning and probate practice, is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
