Ronald A. Foxman concentrates his practice in estate planning matters, including wills, trusts and asset preservation and is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He also represents entrepreneurs and professional practices in their organizational matters and other business transactions, including the buying and selling of business and professional entities. A graduate with distinction of the University of Michigan School of Business, Mr. Foxman received his law degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1977, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi. He is a native of Youngstown, Ohio.
