Thomas Higier concentrates his practice on representing financial institutions, which includes bank operations, real estate, mortgage lending asset-based and other collateralized lending and bank loan workouts and collections. A cum laude graduate of Dartmouth College, Mr. Higier received his law degree from the Boston University School of Law in 1979, where he served as an editor of the Boston University Law Review. He is a native of Gloversville, N.Y.
