Jong S. Kim concentrates her national practice in the areas of finance, real estate and general business transactions. Her practice includes the representation of financial institutions, commercial loan originators, including Fannie Mae DUS lenders, loan servicers, and real estate finance and real estate investment companies. She has significant experience as lead counsel in all areas of commercial mortgage and asset-based lending, including senior, mezzanine and subordinate debt, floating and fixed rate financing, Fannie Mae DUS lending, loan portfolios, multi-state and multi-property transactions, loan purchases, performing and nonperforming loans, problem loan workouts, modifications, extensions, restructurings and related matters, and dealing with all types of commercial properties, including office, retail, mixed use, hotel, multi-family, condominium and industrial park properties. A cum laude graduate of Vassar College, Ms. Kim received her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 1997. She is a native of Dallas, Texas.
