Stuart A. Lautin specializes in real estate law and participates in the firm's mortgage lending practice. He is Board Certified in the areas of Commercial (1989) and Residential (1988) Real Estate Law, Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a frequent lecturer on real estate topics. Mr. Lautin's practice includes commercial and residential real estate, conduit/securitized and traditional finance, property development, raw acreage/farm and ranch transactions, office, warehouse and shopping center leasing, corporate and business law, partnership matters, agency relationships, real estate brokerage licensing and secured property transactions. He also works with the Texas Real Estate Commission in all areas, including license application, suspension, and revocation issues. He received his J.D. from Southern Methodist University in 1982. He is a native of Dallas.
