Patrick R. Lloyd practices in the areas of banking, real estate and general corporate law, with a focus on representing financial institutions in mortgage and asset-based lending transactions. Patrick received a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He received his law degree from the Texas Tech School of Law in 1993, where he was the managing editor of The Texas Bank Lawyer. Mr. Lloyd received his certificate to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in 1991. He is a native of Floydada, Texas.
