Richard A. McKinney practices in the area of business litigation and creditors' rights on behalf of the Firm's lender clients. Representing creditors, he appears regularly in state court and federal bankruptcy court. A graduate of Baylor University, Mr. McKinney received his law degree from Baylor University Law School in 1984, where he was an articles editor for the Baylor Law Review. Mr. McKinney also was a briefing attorney for State District Judge Sidney Fitzwater of the 298th District Court. He is a native of Houston.
