Timothy J. Vineyard, Sr., practices in the areas of commercial bankruptcy, commercial lending and general business transactions. He represented the creditor's committee in Pizza Inn's bankruptcy, has acted as trustee in various other bankruptcy cases, and has represented various debtors in Chapter 11 reorganizations. A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, Mr. Vineyard received his law degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1971 and an M.T.S. from the University of Dallas in 1997. He is authorized to practice in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in all federal district courts in Texas.
