Timothy P. Woods practices in the areas of corporate banking, securities and commercial litigation. In addition, Mr. Woods handles employment and labor litigation for both employers and employees, represents developers and contractors in construction matters and has extensive experience in defending car dealerships in consumer lawsuits. Mr. Woods represented the winning party in the landmark case of Autohaus v. Aguilar, 794 SW2d 459, which is the first case in which any Texas court allowed a new defense to the DTPA.
Mr. Woods received his B.A. from Purdue University and his J. D. from Southern Methodist University in 1988.
